The “Big 5” are the five main areas of concern in analyzing the condition of a property – includes electrical, plumbing, Hvac, roofing, and foundations. In order to allow enough time for in-depth discussion of these topics, the “Big 5” subject matter has been divided into two sessions, and each session of the Big 5 Series focuses on only selected topics within the Big 5. This session
will focus on electric, plumbing and Hvac. .
The ‘best way’ isn’t necessarily the
most expensive way or most difficult way. The best way is ‘best’ because – it provides a reliable solution as efficiently and economically as possible.
