Come meet Judge Cercone
If you have been a local investor in this area for any time, and especially as a landlord, you are probably already familiar with Judge Cercone. He presided over one of the busiest and most productive Justice of the Peace courts in Texas, from 1992 until last year.
Prior to his election to the JP Court, the Judge was a very successful business owner for more than 28 years. He is a licensed Master Electrician, and has served as the Chief Electric Systems manager at several production facilities for major corporations.
Throughout his career, Judge Cercone has also been an active, and successful, real estate investor. His accomplishments have included numerous flips, rentals, and building of new construction.
He is widely respected as a very knowledgeable and effective presenter. His commentary is always very realistic, down to earth, easy to understand, and entertaining.
