Steven Turner brings more than three decades of leadership and hands-on experience in the modular building industry. As a degreed Architectural Engineer, Steven has successfully designed and led hundreds of projects across the country, blending technical expertise with business leadership.
Prior to founding The Twiin Group, Steven served as the General Manager of Major Projects at BOXX Modular US, managing large-scale and highly custom modular design-build projects. Earlier in his career, Steven was a top producer for Williams Scotsman (Willscot), a global provider of modular buildings and storage solutions. He was responsible for managing the sales and leasing, marketing, and project development of high-end modular building projects across the South-Central US.
Steven’s project portfolio includes healthcare centers, dialysis clinics, assisted living facilities, multi-family housing, tiny homes, student housing, workforce housing, control rooms, crematories, QSR facilities, and both residential and commercial renovations.
