Please Come Meet Julie Post
Julie Post is the President of MTP Mortgage and has been originating loans since 2006. After helping so many borrowers with their financing needs, she decided to also start investing in real estate (with her brother and father). They started with Property Flipping and wholesaling (assigning of contracts). After several successful projects, they started purchasing properties to rent.
Julie has her B.A. in Business Administration, and also owns a Title company with her brother and father. They formed the Title company initially to help with their real estate investments. Julie focuses on the Mortgage Business,and primarily on financing for real estate investors.
