Frank Friesenhahn has practiced as a very active and highly regarded State Certified / FHA Approved Real Estate Appraiser in the North Texas region for more than 25 years. He has also owned or personally managed more than 400 rehab projects ..

He currently owns 12 rental properties, and has owned and managed rentals, as well as being very active in wholesaling and rehabbing, in the North Texas market for more than 15 years.

Frank is also the operating partner of his hard money lending firm - DFW Investor Lending, LLC, so he is very knowledgeable and aware of the deal evaluating process (because his money depends on it).
