Come meet Frank Friesenhahn
Frank Friesenhahn has the unique combined perspective of an appraiser, and a hard money lender,
and a very experienced and successful investor. He has practiced as an active and highly regarded
State Certified / FHA Approved Real Estate Appraiser in the North Texas region for more than 25 years.
He has also owned or personally managed more than 400 rehab projects.
He currently owns 12 rental properties, and has managed many rentals for other investors, as well as being
very active as an investor in wholesaling and rehabbing in the North Texas market for more than 15 years.
Frank is also the operating partner of DFW Investor Lending, LLC, so he is very knowledgeable about market
conditions, developments, planning, and trends in our North Texas region.
