Property address, photos/links, asking price, ARV, estimated repairs, rent range, equity, strategy tags, and seller contact – all captured in a consistent format investors can scan quickly.
A smarter property board for NTAREI investors, built on WordPress & Laravel.
NTAREI Property Board is a dedicated online marketplace where members can post, review, and respond to local investment opportunities – powered by a modern Laravel API behind a simple WordPress plugin.
Everything you need to publish, find, and follow up on deals.
The NTAREI Property Board is not just a web page with a spreadsheet. It is a structured listings system that connects WordPress, Laravel, and your existing NTAREI member workflows.
Filter by strategy (wholesale, flip, BRRRR), price band, county, equity %, cash-flow potential, days on board, or “NTAREI meeting featured” flag, so members can focus on relevant opportunities.
Uses WordPress roles to separate public visitors, email subscribers, NTAREI members, and admin / sponsor accounts. Member-only details such as full address or seller contact are protected.
Status options such as Draft, Pending Review, Active, Under Contract, Sold, and Withdrawn keep the board clean. Admins can moderate or archive stale deals with one click.
Generate curated lists of “new since last meeting” deals for Constant Contact campaigns, recap emails, and live meeting slides. Future phases include opt-in alerts for saved search profiles.
Highlight hard-money lenders, title companies, and service providers beside or below listings. Sponsorship zones are implemented as configurable WordPress blocks, not hard-coded banner images.
Basic metrics surfaced via Laravel: listing volume, time-on-board, strategy mix, price ranges, and “meeting-to-inquiry” engagement to guide what content resonates with NTAREI investors.
All core operations – listing CRUD, search, saved queries, and analytics – are exposed through a versioned Laravel API so future tools (mobile app, AI analyzer, partner portals) can use the same data.
The architecture is built to plug in OpenAI-based deal comments, red-flag detection, and summary blurbs driven by the Laravel backend – without rewriting the WordPress plugin.
WordPress for content. Laravel for logic. Clean separation by design.
The NTAREI Property Board is split into a lightweight WordPress plugin and a Laravel application that owns the data model and business rules. This keeps the investor experience simple while letting the backend evolve.
