Her property management firm (which she recently sold to a national organization – “…a deal she couldn’t refuse”) managed more than 180 rental properties for her investor clients\, as well as 27 of her own properties. \n\nMindy started her real estate investing career as a very hands-on rehabber. She most enjoyed working on the really big projects (the “taking it back to the studs” kind). Until twelve years ago\, she was working full time to buy a house every 6 weeks\, rehab it and hold it as rental property.\n\n\nThen\, with the introduction of new federal regulations (the Dodd-Frank Act)\, she bacame a licensed RMLO and built a processing firm which was rated A++ and one of the very top in the state. \n\nShe is also an active Real Estate Broker.
