And all approaches to real estate investing\, sooner or later\, involve some degree of planning and estimating for repair or rehabbing. As one key to success\, every investor needs to have a good understanding of assessing conditions and estimating costs\, as an essential part of his or her professional real estate investing skills.   \nThis field trip experience will enable you to connect and relate the information and concepts from the training sessions\, with the actual physical types of reality you will find in your day to day work as an investor.   \n    \n8:30  – 9:30  –  Classroom session – review of estimating principals and methods\, and how to recognize and evaluate the problem conditions of a property. \n9:30 – 12:30  –  A Field Trip Tour – of local houses needing repair\, to identify and evaluate the actual problem conditions needing repair\, with the guidance of a professional expert (travel by car caravan from the classroom). \n12:30 – 1:30  –  Combination lunch and review session – to compare notes\, and to clarify and discuss any questions\, with the guidance of a professional expert. \nPlease Register Now – see time\, place and fees below.Seating is limited. He also maintains a single family rental portfolio which has seen dozens of rental properties pass through over the years\, dating back to the late 1990’s.
