They started with Property Flipping and wholesaling\n                    (assigning of contracts). After several successful projects\, they started purchasing properties to rent.\n                 \n\n                \n                    Julie has her B.A. in Business Administration\, and also owns a Title company with her brother and father.\n                    They formed the Title company initially to help with their real estate investments.
