o o o o o o F A Q o o o o o o

Q. When is the best time to learn a new skill?
A. BEFORE you actually need
            to use it.

Q. Why is Rehabbing such an important and valuable skill?
A. Realities of Real Estate Investing.

  1. Rehabbing projects generally produce the best profit rates.
  2. In a tight-inventory market, the most available deals tend be rehabs.
  3. Chances are – you will have a flip that unexpectedly turns into a rehab..

Q. How many times do you need to attend a rehabbing training?
A. More than once –

  1. Re-fresh what you didn’t remember from the previous training(s).
  2. Different viewpoint from a different expert.
  3. New developments – new products, technologies, techniques, short-cuts.
  4. Stimulating creative ideas – designs, solutions.
  5. Fun (Networking connections) – people with same interests and needs.
  6. New resources – contractors, suppliers, buyers, sellers, other RE professionals.
  7. Mastering the skill through expert training is cheaper.
  8. Get answers to your current problems and goals.

So don’t miss it. Be there this Thursday –
for more deals, better projects and bigger profits!

Please Come Meet Mark Fedderson

Mark Fedderson became a full time real estate investor in 2001. He started by rehabbing the properties which he bought. He built up his own full time rehab crew. He always bought houses from private sellers – who called him. (He didn’t want to compete with the 100’s of other investors who were working the deals on MLS.) He has since wholesaled more than 170houses, in addition to continuing with a very active, full time business of rehabbing and flipping. He has a passion to share what he has learned about successful investing and rehabbing with others. He tells us he spent thousands of dollars himself on “guru” seminars, only to realize that, for him, much of what they taught seemed to him to “have holes in it”, or just “muddied up the waters”. So now his teaching mission is to ” try to present only truly useful and valid information – the real picture and actual proven techniques – as clearly, and positively, and usefully as possible “.

COME meet Mark, and up your investing game.

Supporting the Success of local Investors and Landlords,

through Networking, Education, and Professionalism,

…Since 2008.

North Texas Association of Real Estate Investors (NTAREI) is the professional association of real estate investors and landlords in the North Texas region. The Association exists to promote and support the success of local investors and landlords, and maintain the high professional standards of our industry, through networking, education, and professionalism. Our membership includes both experienced and new investors, who invest in residential and commercial properties, as rehabbers, resellers, and landlords.

Guardians of the American Dream

Independent investors and landlords serve a vital role in the community. They rejuvenate blighted neighborhoods, add to the tax base, and provide employment for a wide range of workers, contractors and suppliers. But most importantly, they provide the affordable housing which enables so many working Americans to live with dignity, comfort and security. So, for this important segment of our society, as well as others, independent investors are the essential Housing Providers.
