About the Trainer: Mindy Henderson is a very experienced and successful investor/rehabber, as well as landlord, property manager, Broker, and Licensed RMLO. Her property management firm (which she recently sold to a national organization – “…a deal she couldn’t refuse”) managed more than 180 rental properties for her investor clients, as well as 27 of her own properties. 
Mindy started her real estate investing career as a very hands-on rehabber. She most enjoyed working on the really big projects (the “taking it back to the studs” kind). Until twelve years ago, she was working full time to buy a house every 6 weeks, rehab it and hold it as rental property.
Then, with the introduction of new federal regulations (the Dodd-Frank Act), she bacame a licensed RMLO and built a processing firm which was rated A++ and one of the very top in the state. 
She is also an active Real Estate Broker. She has negotiated short sales for investor clients, listed and sold REO’s for a local bank, and listed and sold properties for private sellers and real estate investors.
Most recently, Mindy has completed the process of selling her own 27 rental properties (to a portfolio buyer), and replacing them with a new, more profitable set of upgraded properties. 
If you have ever heard Mindy speak in her previous seminars, you know that she is an especially competent presenter – very knowledgeable, and very organized – which makes for an exceptionally informative and valuable presentation.
