Independent real estate investors and landlords serve a vital role in the health and success of the community. They rejuvenate blighted neighborhoods, add to the tax base, and provide employment for a wide range of workers, contractors and suppliers. But most importantly, they provide the affordable housing which enables so many working Americans to live with dignity, comfort and security. So, for this important segment of our society, local independent real estate investors and landlords are the essential Housing Providers.

Welcome Home
We are real estate investors, both new and experienced, who have been meeting every month continuously since 2008, from around the Dallas area. We meet to network (make connections and build relationships), exchange information and leads, make deals, and discuss and learn about real estate investing. This group is open to all investors and landlords, plus anyone who wants to learn about real estate investing, to connect with other investors, and network with hard money lenders, mortgage brokers, coaches, remodeling contractors, rehabbing experts, wholesalers and flippers, and build a stream of income from investing in real estate, in and around the Dallas/Ft. Worth and North Texas area, including: Carrollton, Plano, Richardson, Dallas, Fort Worth, Lewisville, Duncanville, Cedar Hill, Allen, Garland, Rowlett, Sachse, South Lake, Grapevine, Keller, McKinney, Frisco, Irving, Oak Cliff, and Mesquite — and all points in between..

Main Monthly Meeting
Our main networking event is our monthly “General Meeting” which is always held on the third Thursday of each month (occasional exceptions), where we serve dinner and enjoy a prominent keynote speaker. The meeting begins at 6:30 pm, in a hotel ballroom, and ends at 9:00 pm. Visitors and non-members are always welcome to attend (there is a $20 admission fee). No advance registration (or RSVP) is required to attend the General Meeting.
Educational Seminars and Workshops
We also provide frequent expert training seminars and workshops, both ‘basic’ and ‘advanced’, which are conducted, usually, several times a month. These events are also open to the public (some limitations may apply), but advance registration is strongly encouraged. You can register in advance online using the links which are provided within the announcement emails and within the listing on the web site.

Our Association
North Texas Association of Real Estate Investors (NTAREI) is the professional trade association serving the independent real estate investors and landlords of the North Texas region.
Our Mission
Our mission is to promote and support the success of our members, and to maintain the high professional standards of our industry, through networking, education, professionalism and advocacy in real estate investing.
Our Philosophy: We are committed.
NTAREI functions (unlike most so-called “investor clubs”) as an actual trade association, not as a marketing extension of a private vendor (such as a real estate agency, lender, wholesaler, venture developer, etc.). Our sole focus and purpose is to serve the needs of investors (and those working to become investors), not to recruit them as prospective customers for a parent firm. (This also means that our costs of operation are not underwritten by a parent firm.)
Our goal is always to provide our members with a substantial program of activities, information and resources. This program is intended to provide support for their success, further growth, and enjoyment of the profession of investing. Our program is anchored by our monthly General Meeting, which is our main regular gathering for our membership. It is held on the third Thursday of each month, at 6:30 pm (until 9:00 pm). Non-members are always welcome and encouraged to attend. There is a $20 admission fee for non-members. There is also a money-back satisfaction guarantee for first time visitors to General Meetings. No advance registration is required for General Meetings.
All North Texas independent real estate investors and landlords are invited to join us – to help us develop this investor-friendly group to be all that you want and need it to be.
