The “Big 5” are the five main areas of concern in analyzing the condition of a property – includes electrical, plumbing, Hvac, roofing, and foundations. In order to allow enough time for in-depth discussion of these topics, the “Big 5” subject matter has been divided into two sessions, and each session of the Big 5 Series focuses on only selected topics within the Big 5. Meet Lee Warren

Lee Warren is a Licensed Professional Inspector, operating as ProSpect Inspectors, Inc., based in Lewisville. He has been very active in the North Texas region, serving a large clientele (including many investors and landlords), for more than twenty years. 

He is also a very successful investor, with extensive hands-on experience as a rehabber, landlord and property manager. Lee is well known and highly regarded among investors, because of his familiarity with, and special attention to, the concerns and needs of real estate investors. 

He is also a Real Estate Broker, and Professional Property Manager, offering services through Prospect Realty, Inc. Lee he is a graduate of the Illinois Institute of Technology.
