About the Trainer: Eric Lee is a Licensed Enrolled Agent with the IRS and a licensed professional tax consultant – who also has extensive personal experience in real estate investing, based in Plano.
Eric launched his real estate career in Texas in 2006, as an agent with Keller Williams for 2 years, and subsequently with Austin Executive Homes for 3 years, where he was the firm’s top producer. In 2009, Eric started his own company, Allied Home Solutions, a loss mitigation service for Realtors and investors, handling all negotiations with the mortgage companies to complete settlements for short sales.
In 2009, he also formed his first LLC and began buying Sub-To properties and negotiating wholesale contracts. Later the same year, he formed a second LLC to hold title to his seller-financed wrap transactions.
In early 2012, Eric liquidated his real estate holdings and changed industries to accounting, joining with a good friend to set up a CPA firm in Austin. After building up that practice to more than 300 clients, in June of 2014, he moved his family to McKinney, Texas, to establish his own private tax advisory practice, Proline Tax Advisors, in Plano, joining forces with Transamerica Financial Advisors.
