SELLER FINANCING – Buying and Selling

— (in-person expert training seminar)

September 12, 2017 @ 7:00 pm - 9:00 pm

Tuesday, September 12  ___  Expert Training Seminar

________  SELLER FINANCING  ________
_________  Buying & Selling  __________

Seller Financing is the basis for buying properties with “Nothing Down” and “…No Cash, No Loan”. Even if you have cash, Seller Financing can be the best way to maximize your profits by getting the best price and/or terms (as low as “0”), and with the least risk.

Seller Financing has always been an important tool for investors for selling properties, especially to sell to the (large) sub-prime market, and usually with higher profits. But new regulations have recently been imposed, so it is very important to be familiar with the current State and Federal laws governing the sale of real estate using seller financing.

What is Seller Financing (SF)? How does it work? Why should you use it?
What are the benefits and limitations of using SF?
When can you use SF? When can you not use it?
When should you use SF? When should you not use it?
What are the State and Federal regulatory restrictions and requirements for using SF?
What is “Dodd-Frank”, and what are the penalties for violations?
Why, and How, and When is SF the most advantageous way to buy properties?
Why, and How, and When is SF the most advantageous way to sell properties?

Expert training by Grant Kemp

Demand is Growing   The demand for seller-financed homes is growing , as the new regulations have caused more and more would-be home buyers to fail to qualify for conventional mortgages.
Supply is Shrinking    The supply of properties offered by investors using seller-financing is shrinking, as the new regulations cause more and more investors to stop offering seller-financed deals – because they don’t understand the new regulations, or they believe that the regulations are too difficult, or too risky.
The Result is Opportunity   The result is a great market opportunity for those investors who choose to sell using seller financing – and who understand the regulations and how to work within them.
