HOW can you buy a property for a price that is less than (“short of”) the balance which is still due on the mortgage at the bank, and have that balance treated as fully paid off.

You can do that, and the answer to the question of “How” is the subject of this seminar. Sometimes, a mortgage lender will actually agree to allow the sale of a mortgaged property for an amount less than the payoff due on the existing loan.

Properties which are in pre-foreclosure frequently present this type of opportunity, especially when the property is “Upside Down” or “Under Water” (the mortgage balance is greater than the current market value of the property). The distressed home owner in this situation is left struggling with “What Can I Do?!”. A ‘Short Sale’ deal can provide a Win for the homeowner – a Win for the lender – and a Win for you (the buyer).

But, while the short sale option can provide access to some very good deals for investors, it is not the simplest of buying processes. This seminar will explain the full concept of short sales, the roles (and priorities) of the various players, and the somewhat complex procedure for negotiating the purchase agreement with the lender. You will discover how it can be used very effectively by investors as another valuable resource for purchasing bargain properties. You will understand how to get more out of your leads, how to be a hero for those sellers-in-distress, and how to use one more profitable channel to build your successful real estate investing business.
