Welcome to NTAREI. We are the professional association of independent real estate investors and landlords in North Texas. The Association exists to promote and support the success of our members, and maintain the high professional standards of our industry, through leadership, networking, information and education. Our membership includes both experienced and new investors, who invest in residential and commercial properties, as rehabbers, resellers, and landlords.

Monthly General Meetings are held on the third Thursday of each month (occasional exceptions), at 6:30 pm, at the Richardson Civic Center, 411 W. Arapaho Road at Central Expressway [US 75](southwest corner), Richardson, Texas. Non-members and visitors are always welcome to attend (there is a $20 admission fee). No advance registration (or RSVP) is required to attend the General Meeting.

Educational seminars and workshops, both basic and advanced, are also offered, usually several times  a month. These events are also open to the public, but advance registration is encouraged. You can register online using links which are provided within the announcement emails and here on the web site.

Guardians of the American Dream
Independent investors and landlords serve a vital role in the community. They rejuvenate blighted neighborhoods, add to the tax base, and provide employment for a wide range of workers, contractors and suppliers. But most importantly, they provide the affordable housing which enables so many working Americans to live with dignity, comfort and security. So, for this important segment of our society, as well as others, local independent real estate investors and landlords are the essential Housing Providers.
